The Atkins diet is a type of diet that is done by limiting carb intake to divert the body's metabolism. Normally, the body convert glucose into energy, but the diet is replaced by converting stored fat into energy.

This diet is said not only can help you lose weight, but also make people so not hungry because the Atkins diet is a low-carb diet, then replace the carbohydrate intake by eating more protein and fat.

Weight naturally present in the body will be reduced because of the fat that has been stored will be metabolized by the body into energy. For some experts said that this diet can provide health benefits.
